ELECTIONS GRAND MASTER
2024
Following the passing of our Beloved GRAND MASTER: H.E. Mgr. Luis J. MARTINEZ, KGCTJ, °33 (USA), on Januari 20th, 2024, the daily management of The Order was entrusted to the Grand Seneschal General: H.E.,Mgr. Rudy R.H.R. STEVENS, KGCTJ, *33, (BE), who was appointed as The Regent of The Order as of Januari 19th, 2024.
In the decision taken on March, 1st, 2024 , the GRAND MAGISTERIAL COUNCIL & MAGISTERIUM (GMC) of The International Order, in cooperation with THE REGENCY COUNCIL, decided to hold elections to appoint a new GRAND MASTER.
These elections are Organized and Controlled by an independent party, which is the AUDITOR :
H.E. Antonio João Travanca PELA, arqt°, KGCTJ,
GRAND MASTER of O.C.M.
Ordem Dos Cavaleiros De Monsanto (PT)
and a third, independent party, which are the independent witnesses (2).

GRAND MASTER of The Knights Templars of Albion (UK)
Ambassador TEMPLAR NATION - H.E. Lord Alan TAYLOR, KGCTJ,
GRAND COMMANDER / Ruling Officer of The Knights Templars of Albion (UK) - The Dignitaries of THE REGENCY COUNCIL.
ORGANISATION OF THE ELECTIONS
1. Any Country, being part of OSMTJ INTERNATIONAL, may participate in the election,*
2. Any Country, being part of OSMTJ INTERNATIONAL, has 1 vote, *
3. Any Grand Prior Magister or National Grand Prior can and may participate in the elections,*
4. Any Grand Prior Magister or National Grand Prior may run as a candidate Grand Master,*
(* Exclusively when they have remitted their annual contribution and questionnaire to the Grand Treasurer General’s Office).
5. The elections and election rules will be announced on OSMTJ INTERNATIONAL’s websites: osmtj-international.net & www.osmtj.world.
6. ‘Candidates Grand Masters’ have subsequently a period of one week, and should submit their candidacy to the Auditor at the seat of The Order to: info@osmtj-international.net between Sunday, March 3th, 2024 and Sunday, March 10th, 2024.
7. The applications will be announced to all Grand Priors and send to them via email,
On Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 and be published in the closed WhatsApp Group of “The Grand Priors” OSMTJ-INTERNATIONAL,
8. From Monday, March, 18th through Tuesday, March, 19th 2024 all countries can then cast their votes to the Auditor at the seat of The Order to: info@osmtj-international.net
(the e-mail sent concerns as well the voter- and/or candidate certificate)
9. Then the Auditor, the Dignitaries of The Grand Magisterial Council, the Dignitaries of The Regency Council, the Organizers and the Witnesses of these elections will check the election process and the election results for legitimacy and will announce the results in the WhatsApp Group on the First day of Spring: Wednesday, March 20th, 2024, and;
10. The new elected GRAND MASTER will be installed on Sunday, March 24th, 2024.
